Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Trekca Solutions Pvt Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Refund Policy”, “Cancellation Policy”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These policies apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
 

Please read these Refunds and cancellation policies carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these policies. SECTION 1 - REFUND
 

You may opt out of certain Programs subscribed by you and seek a refund for the fees already paid in relation thereto, provided you inform us in writing regarding the same and seeks the refund prior to the expiry of the Refund Window (as detailed in the table below). The Refund Window is calculated from the date of the first payment of the relevant Program subscribed by you.

 

We shall not entertain any requests related to the refund of fees after the expiry of the Refund Window.

 

IT MUST BE NOTED, THAT NOTWITHSTANDING THE MODE OF PAYMENT USED FOR PAYING THE FEES, THE REFUND SHALL ALWAYS BE MADE TO A BANK ACCOUNT (AS PER THE DETAILS PROVIDED BY YOU) THROUGH NEFT/IMPS/RTGS OR SUCH OTHER FACILITY AS DEEMED FIT BY Trekca Solutions Pvt Ltd.

 

WE MAY REQUEST INFORMATION/DOCUMENTS (WHICH MAY INCLUDE A CANCELLED CHEQUE PERTAINING TO THE BANK ACCOUNT OF THE CUSTOMER) TO VERIFY YOUR CREDENTIALS AND DETAILS OF THE BANK ACCOUNT BEFORE INITIATING THE REFUND. WE SHALL STRIVE TO PROCESS THE REFUNDS WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ALL THE RELEVANT INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION FROM YOU IN THIS REGARD.

We do not provide refunds for the lack of usage, dissatisfaction with the Program, or for any reason whatsoever after the expiry of the Refund Window.

It must also be noted that if a certain program is taken on an EMI and he/she wishes not to continue the program prior to the expiry of the Refund window, no refund will be issued from our side. You have to contact the bank in order to get a refund and terminate the EMIs.

SECTION 3 - CANCELLATIONS
 

You may opt out of the course at any point in time and notify the management and refunds will be applied as per the above conditions.

If you remain unresponsive for more than 20 days during your ongoing course/program without prior information, that will be considered a termination of the program and no extension will be provided.

A maximum of 30 days of leave can be applied in between the ongoing course/program, after which if exceeded without a medical emergency will be considered as termination of the program.

SECTION 4 - GOVERNING LAW
 

These Refunds policy and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Refund policies by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these refund policies constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Refund Eligibility: 10% deduction of the total amount, if refunded.

Refund Window: Until 2 Days after the payment.

Job and Career Services

Refund Eligibility: Non-Refundable.

Refund Window: None.

Affordable Programs

Refund Eligibility: 10% deduction of the total amount, if refunded.

Refund Window: Until 2 Days after the payment.

Career Transition Programs

Refund Eligibility: Upto 20% deduction of the total amount depending the type of course, if refunded.

Refund Window: Until 3 Days after the payment.
